The Work Sharp Ken Onion Edition Elite Mk.2 Electric Knife Sharpener is a professional sharpening system, combining the Work Sharp Ken Onion Edition Mk.2 sharpener with the Ken Onion Blade Grinding Attachment Mk.2. It provides precise and repeatable sharpening for EDC, kitchen, and outdoor knives, as well as scissors and tools.

The sharpener was developed in collaboration with renowned knifemaker Ken Onion, resulting in an advanced tool for precise and repeatable sharpening. It utilizes flexible abrasive belt technology, employed by professional knifemakers, allowing for uncompromising sharpness in home or workshop environments.

The motor's speed control with electronic regulation ensures optimal belt speed at every stage – from grinding and deburring to honing and polishing. Flexible abrasive belts (19 x 305 mm) sharpen every blade shape and type, maintaining a consistent angle thanks to the 15°-30° adjustable guide.

The grinding attachment features a robust polymer-metal construction. Changing abrasive belts (25.4 x 457 mm) is simple and quick. A 4-roller system controls belt tension, with adjustment ranging from 10°-35° (1° accuracy). Belt speed is adjustable from 1200-2800 SFM. Tool-free adjustment of the central drive roller position allows for adapting belt tension to the type of grind. The attachment enables precise two-handed operation with full visibility of the process, enhancing the functionality of the Ken Onion Edition Mk.2 sharpener with grinding, blade profile modification, and polishing without the need for additional devices.
