The knife has a rigid 150 mm long blade with a narrow slightly curved profile, which makes separating meat from bones a simple and quick task. The boning knife can be used for everyday meat processing, fish preparation and sausage slicing. The head is made of Swiss stainless steel, which provides excellent cutting properties, is resistant to breakage and chipping, and is easy to sharpen even with a classic nib.

Ergonomic handle
